We are Embrace.
Standing for Justice.
Justice requires resolve, an immovability, a long decision in the same direction.
We support female on-street sex workers in the West Midlands.
To embrace is to accept something or someone willingly and enthusiastically, to hold them close as a sign of affection.
Embrace is verb, and to embrace is a decision.
Walking to Freedom - Freedom is not a moment it is a journey. We walk to freedom together.
Our aim is to walk with those we support in the same way that Jesus walks with us, demonstrating the consistent, unchanging Love and Hope that we ourselves have found in Him. Through our work, it is our desire to practically demonstrate our belief that each woman is deeply loved and precious to Father God, and that they are seen, known and loved.
How can you help?
Giving
This is a valuable way to partner with us as we rely entirely on donations
As is common, it is particularly helpful for us to have regular givers so that our income is more predictable. Please consider whether you can give to us monthly.
Get Involved.
Stay Informed
We’d love to be able to stay connected with you. Relationship and partnership is important to us.

You can also like or follow us on our social media pages to keep up to date with us.
If you would like to invite a guest speaker to your organisation, church, small group or prayer group, please get in touch and we’d love to come and tell you more about what we do – whether for five minutes or for the whole evening!
Pray
These are the ways you can pray for us.
Please pray for the women we support, for breakthrough in their lives and that they would encounter the love of God. Join with us in speaking Hope, Life, Freedom and Strength over their hearts and minds in Jesus’ name.
Please pray for outreach which happens on Sundays and Mondays from 8pm. We would value your prayers for our volunteers - for safety, wisdom and the leading of the Holy Spirit in conversations and decisions.
Please pray for the other agencies we work with across the city of Coventry. There are lots of amazing people doing very valuable work that we have the privilege of working alongside. Join with us in asking God to bless their teams, their finances and resources, and for them to have brilliant ideas.
If you would like to commit to praying regularly for Embrace, do please get in touch so we can let you know specific areas for prayer.
Volunteering
Embrace would not exist without our huge and dedicated team of volunteers. If you’d like to join us, please get in touch via email and we will send you an application form.
Please be aware that there is a process to joining us, as we work with vulnerable women doing complex work and we need to make sure we have the right team members. We require references, an interview and a thorough induction before you can join our teams. Please note, volunteers do not do any lone working.
If you would like to volunteer for non-contact work, such as administration work or practical support such as going shopping for us or helping us deliver furniture, we would love to hear from you.
